The snow has disappeared from our part of Hampshire but it seems a good time to show you a never ending card I made some time back, full of snowmen. I love stamps of snowmen and have a big box full of them; this card uses 21 different stamps and I have many more to choose from, except that several of the spaces are so small as to limit the choice.
For those not familiar with the design, it's two identical squares of CS (mine were 8 inches) scored horizontally at the quarter and threequarter marks and cut in half vertically, layered with the top two pieces at right angles to the lower two, and then stuck together in the four outer corners. This gives a variety of squares and rectangles to decorate. Open the first layer like a gatefold card; the flaps on the second layer open up and down; the third layer opens to right and left, and the fourth layer is like the second. This then reveals the front and you start all over again! I have scanned all four 'faces'; in order the scans run left to right, top to bottom. I won't tell you how long it took me to get them to display correctly...
